The Dock & Sell program is an innovative new Consignment sales program started by AMDS to help its many customers sell their used boats in a very cost effective manner. Depending on the Dock & Sell package that a seller chooses, AMDS will display and help to advertise, market and sell an owners used boat or boat package. All Dock & Sell sales are sold "as is and with all faults" with no warranty expressed or implied by AMDS. There may be residual factory warranty or extended service coverage, or the owners may offer some form of coverage, but this must be indicated in the sales paperwork at the time of purchase. AMDS makes no promise or commitment in any way as to the merchantability or fitness of any Dock & Sell product, or that products title or lien status, mechanical condition, performance, or safety unless stated in writing at the time of purchase.
